What does confirmed actually mean?
It means we have spoken to the customer, agreed your price and your frequency, taken their address and access details, and set them up on your payment method. It is a booked job, not a name and a phone number.
What if the customer cancels?
If they cancel before their second clean, you get a full refund for that customer. After that they are a normal customer like any other on your round.
Is my area really exclusive?
Yes. One window cleaner per postcode area. While you work with us, we will not supply anyone else in your patch. If your area is already claimed, we will tell you straight and you can join the list for when it opens.
Am I tied into anything?
No. No long term contracts. You are invoiced weekly for the customers delivered that week, and you can stop whenever you like.
How do the customers pay me?
However you already take payment. We set customers up on your preferred payment method before their first clean, so you are not chasing money after the job.
